I was originally going to give 3 stars, but no — here’s why. I’ve been dealing with John and Sophia, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the cheapest price is not always the best option. On their Backoffice website, there’s a payment option to send funds to Westpac Bank — in my case, around $600–$800 USD. Three days after making the payment, John informed me that it hadn’t gone through. I called my bank and was told the payment was blocked because it required an intermediary bank. My question is: why did it take John three days to notify me? It’s not like they’re paying for stock out of their own pocket. Why didn’t John check whether the payment was received sooner? Now my customers have already been waiting a week, and they’ll need to wait another 12 days! Who is taking responsibility for this? And who’s going to deal with the angry emails and refund requests?
