I held off on these popup things for ages because I figured theyd annoy people but I was wrong. The wheel game gets way more signups than my boring form ever did. What sold me though is it filters out the junk fake emails so my list stays clean. It grabs birthdays too which is great for sending offers. The countdown ones push fence sitters to buy. Two asks, the mobile version could size better and id love deeper stats.

Switched from a competitor last month and the difference in how much remarketing data gets captured is pretty significant. Also just appreciating that bad email addresses get blocked upfront, makes the whole list feel more trustworthy.

App had been working ok for a few years but recent problems have made it a bit awkward to use and we are unable to edit our discount program any longer.....No live chat or help either

Es una gran aplicación, me ha servido mucho para convertir mis carritos en ventas, es muy fácil de gestionar, anima mucho a los clientes a concluir sus compras incentivándolos con los descuentos ofrecidos, ademas que recolectas muchísimos correos que puedes usar para marketing. Lo que mas me gusta es que puedes configurar el tiempo de validez del descuento y eso crea un sentido de urgencia en los clientes al momento de la compra. Llevo algunos meses usándola y veo muy buenos resultados en mis ventas, la recomiendo ampliamente.

Super easy to set up and customize, and it doesn’t feel spammy at all. Definitely worth a try if you want to grow your list.

Disappointing service experience - no upgrades or improvements have been made in a long time.

I used your spin-the-wheel app for a lottery event, and I set the probability of winning the first prize to 0.01%. Logically, only one person out of 10,000 should win! However, we’ve only collected just over a thousand emails, and yet 20 people have already won the first prize! This has caused us significant losses! Your app has a major bug, and I want to file a complaint! Most businesses, including mine, have a limited number of prizes to give away. It's not feasible for us to distribute prizes based on such unpredictable randomness, as it could lead to excessive winners in a short time frame, which is exactly what happened in my case. As a result, we've faced unexpected financial losses, not to mention potential damage to our brand's reputation due to unmet expectations from other customers. I strongly recommend that your software include an option to limit the number of prizes awarded, rather than relying solely on random probabilities. This would provide businesses with more control and prevent situations like ours, where prize distribution exceeds what was planned and budgeted for.

I've got to say, adding Tada's Spin Wheel Popups to my site was a really good move. The customer service team has been super helpful whenever I've had questions. The wheel itself? Super easy to customize. I was able to pick colors that fit right in with the rest of my site, and get this—I could even put my own logo smack dab in the center of the wheel. It's a small thing, but it makes a big difference. But the real win has been seeing how much my customers enjoy it. They're actually engaging more with the site and seem to have fun with the spin-the-wheel game. It's not every day you find a tool that both you and your customers enjoy.

I like this app, and works fine! The free offer is limited to 200 impressions, which you can get quite quick.
