Aamir has been really helpful in doing some extra work for us. He managed to create a workflow whereas some custom fields were used as tags and old tags were removed. I had tried many other apps before this one and none of the developers were willing to do the extra work. So many thanks again Aamir - and to those reading this: if the app doesn't work as expected, contact Aamir before deleting the app ;)!

The app does exactly what I need and has a simple, ergonomic interface. Best of all, the developer is quick to respond. He accommodated a request I made and added a feature within just a couple days. You can't beat that!

So happy we found this app! The support has been amazing and the app itself has helped to solve a lot of our communication challenges by helping to create customer and order segments that can be used to personalize our communication with our customers. Aamir was very helpful in getting everything set up. Other tag-manager apps that we tried only focus on either order tags or customer tags. This includes both options which gives you a lot more value than others. Well done!

I absolutely love this app. What I LOVE about this compared to other apps - is it will go back and tag orders/customers retroactively if you need it to. Other tagging apps either don't do this at all, or they make you sit on the page and do 50x orders at a time. I tag customers based on what products they buy, so I can easily use Shopify's email marketing to email anyone who bought X. This app is powerful and really helpful, and the developer was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Really a wonderful product all around.

I used this to both tag historically and when a customer purchases a particular item, It has worked perfectly for both. I currently only need it for relatively simple tagging but it looks like there are many options should this change in the future. Very happy with this app!

A great addition to your shopify store indeed! Automated the tagging process which saves a lotttt of your time. Their prompt customer support team is a bonus point. They are extremely professional and always up to share easy solutions to all your woes! MUST-HAVE APPLICATION.

A very powerful and effective app for organizing orders and products. I’m sure it works well for customer organization as well, but have not used that yet. Customer support is quick and helpful — I’ve had to contact them a few times but all issues were down to me using something incorrectly and were quickly and easily resolved.

Both this app and the developer have been amazingly helpful to our business. I was looking for an app that could automatically tag our products based on a price range so that our filter by price function would work on our website without having to manually tag each item and remember to edit the tags if the prices changed. I wasn't able to get it to function as I had hoped so I reached out to the developer and he quickly got back to me with an explanation on how to do what I wanted. He even set up an example for me in my account. When we realized it still wouldn't work 100% perfectly with the specific way our store was set up, he wrote in functionality in the app so that it would work perfectly for us within just a couple days. I highly recommend this app.
