Has so far done exactly as I hoped and with all of the tagging options I think I'll ever need, which is very useful for creating lists and segments in mailing platforms. Customer service also good too.

App is amazing and the support even more so. I've had numerous requests so far, and they always reply fast and have been able to fix it all. Even did a special development for me once.

I've been impressed with how easy this app is to use. It covers all the tagging functions we need and has made managing product tags in my shop simple and efficient. The automation features are well thought out, saving us a ton of time, and it integrates seamlessly with our workflows. I reached out to the support team with a question, and they responded almost instantly with a clear, helpful solution. It’s clear they care about their users and go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Excellent tagging app and support is excellent as well. Works exactly as it says it will even does historical orders.

He estado usando esta aplicación por un tiempo y me encanta lo eficiente que es para generar etiquetas automáticamente. Es súper intuitiva y hace que organizar mi contenido sea mucho más sencillo. Lo mejor es que si alguna vez surge algún problema, el equipo de atención al cliente siempre está disponible para ayudar. Su servicio es rápido, amable y muy eficaz. ¡Realmente se preocupan por brindar una excelente experiencia! Definitivamente la recomiendo.

They have an excellent customer service. In our case, instead of sending us to the help article, they even did the work of correcting the flows for us. So, we can totally recommend them.

Top-quality app and support available to create workflows as needed. The app interface is excellent, making it easier to understand and generate new workflows. Additionally, it offers backtrack tagging functionality, which is very useful in specific cases, such as after importing customer, order, or product data. Anto and his team have a great work dynamic, which gives us confidence in choosing Leap Auto Tags for our NPO.

This is the app I've been searching for. It has a clean, simple interface yet allows you to run powerful, complex automations. Backdating our tags has been a struggle, but Leap makes it easy. Anto's help was invaluable in get one of our automations working exactly as intended.

We've installed and tested several apps for order tagging, but Leap Auto Tags stands out significantly from the rest. One of the most remarkable aspects is its extensive array of Workflow conditions—far more than any other app we've encountered. This app boasts test features that provide a comprehensive demonstration of whether a tested order meets each condition, making it easier to discover smarter ways to tag orders based on their interaction with each condition. Additionally, the backdating function works flawlessly. It's both fast and logical. The support team is also very responsive, getting back to us very quickly.
