Used this App to help tag customers who had single or multiple orders but had 100% returned, so had a positive order count but a £0 lifetime spend, this in turn helped with another App. Workflows were easy to set-up and Aamir was pro active in helping with my questions. Been able to process all existing customers was the key here too. (plus avoided major spreadsheet work)

Have tried a few other tagging apps. This one is more fully featured and has great support response. Order, customer and product tagging in one app rather than separate apps like others. Yet the cost of just one app. Nice work!

The app is very useful, I hope to have support within 12 hours since we are in different time zone but I believe that I cannot wait more than 12 hours to get answers during weekdays.

This app has been helping us greatly with our order admin and with improving our customer service. The workflow library is great and I can see lots more ways the app will be helpful once I get around to setting up a few more workflows. Support is quick and responsive too.

Amazing support! Had a couple questions on install and the team took care of me right away. The app works great. We use it to add customer tags, based on order parameters (which we then use to define customer segment). Auto Tags made this process a breeze, and saved tons of time both updating existing customers, and by auto tagging new ones.

Does exactly what is says it will do, and quickly. Super easy to use and very comprehensive. Support is extremely responsive - if they don't have what you need, they're willing to figure out if they can add it for you.
