專員/客服態度良好且用心回覆問題，感謝人員的協助，現階使用上大致順暢，期望改善 (1)客服回覆速度能夠再即時一點，目前僅能透過mail 方式詢問，顧客有突發狀況無法即時處理；(2)顧客變更配送方式，需要逐一修改參數欄位，有點不便利；(3)顧客發生點選公司戶電子發票，僅有統編 但沒有輸入公司名稱，仍可成立訂單，後續處理不便。
