The app does a great job, but where it truly stands out is its customer support. Every inquiry we’ve had has been answered within a matter of hours, and the team has always been helpful and professional.
I am very happy witht his app, it saves me a lot of trouble and hastle, dealing with requirements of Bulgarian IRS. When you have a little issue, the support of take a NAP swiftly takes action to solve it. Can really reccommend this to anyone selling in Bulgaria! Thank you, team Take a NAP!

Работя с Take a NAP и съм изключително доволна. Приложението значително улеснява работата и прави управлението на онлайн магазина ми много по-организирано и приятно. Автоматично генерира XML одиторски файл, изпраща дигитални касови бележки към клиентите и поддържа различни методи на плащане — Stripe, PayPal и наложен платеж. Това спестява време, грешки и излишни усилия. Препоръчвам Take a NAP на всеки, който има онлайн магазин, особено ако работи на българския пазар!
