The AI assistant is useful, our customers love it. Setup was easy and well managed by the Talkom team. It adds real value to the store, as our human conversations dropped by 60% compared to the previous period. The AI assistant follows our instructions quite well, so we can customize it to fit our tone, and our product offerings better.
