You can actually set millimeters as your default measurement unit in your admin panel's item settings, next to the DPI selector. As for international shipping, we're actively developing this feature and aim to expand our service globally. I've sent you an email with more details about our international rollout timeline. Please let me know if you need any help with the measurement settings. In our next update we will be unveiling default currencies as well.
