I contacted their support for so many questions that I had. Elias was the incredible support person who was extremely friendly, resourceful and patiently answered all my questions. I am using their free subscription and this level of support is so incredible and valuable. I highly recommend this app for blog posting.

Very good support. Answered my questions really quickly. App is pretty good. I suggest hooking it up to your Claude account if you have one. They gave me a discount too, which was nice.
i've been using this app for about a month and a half now and i have to say that my experience has not been good. the customer support is excellent and they do fix everything within several days but i've been blogging every week and every other week there are a number of issues that need to be fixed. it really slows down my work flow and wastes my time when i have used my credits to generate a blog post and then discover there several issues that i have to contact support about. i.e. text not showing up correctly, paragraphs running together, social media buttons not functioning correctly or showing up in the middle of the page when trying to edit. these are only a few examples out of many i've experienced. then i have to wait several days for them to be fixed before i can properly edit the post and share to social media. so it interrupts my work flow. i'm bummed because i really like the features of the app but i'm afraid i'm going to have to find an alternative.

Works great for my blog needs + very responsive support team
Pretty straightforward and easy plus if you have any problems, the customer support team are always there to help! I've dealt with Tara and Anna and they're both nice and helpful. I'm still experiementing with the AI Blog Builder but so far so good and in the process of publishing our articles soon for our web. Thank you for such great service!
