This company is cold calling and can't even answer the phone once the call connects. Stop wasting small business's time with poor strategy and implementation. Another american company whose sales execs think that Canadians want to support them. Come on y'all, do better and stop wasting those precious VC dollars on bad strategy.

We all know reviews are one of the keys to being successful. TargetBay makes is super simple. I can easily set up review flows, ask for rich media (photos, video,etc.). The other big plus for me is they can syndicate the reviews to Walmart! Loving the App. Their service is top notch too.

Mace has been exceptional. We're by no means experts at email marketing and Mace has been extremely patient, knowledgeable and most importantly educational. Working with him is a pleasure. He's always available for my laundry list of questions and concerns which is greatly appreciated.

Well run company that actually cares about their customers. They want you to succeed. We were sent over to another company when we changed over from BigCommerce. I wish we had just stayed with this company. They have set up many automations and the return on investment is much better.
