This company is cold calling and can't even answer the phone once the call connects. Stop wasting small business's time with poor strategy and implementation. Another american company whose sales execs think that Canadians want to support them. Come on y'all, do better and stop wasting those precious VC dollars on bad strategy.

This review system is not reliable. You will see reviews on the website and for couple days they are gone from the website. They promised to fix for the entire year however their system will dispensary, they will fix and it will dispensary again. You can not trust the system what so ever and now they deleted the app, took away my reviews and most likely all my reviews of 800 and plus are gone. I have to choose different company and restart my reviews.

This company cannot be trusted they cost us 100's of dollars because they did not follow our policies which we made VERY clear to them from day 1! They sent out emails and showed popups with information that goes against our policies which included discounts advertised on them, which I told them in our very first conversation “We do not EVER discount our products” to which they replied “that is ok we will not offer discounts”. We told them 5 times DO NOT EVER SHOW OR OFFER A DISCOUNT and yet they repeatedly kept doing it I was also told that TargetBay is an Atlanta based company and I will always be able to talk with people in Atlanta but EVERY login to our Shopify account has been from India, and the guy who wanted to do the webinar to show me the back-end was in India with a VERY thick accent.
