Hello, does the app work? We mailed you yesterday, still no response. I need to ensure that customers in the Netherlands who don’t provide a VAT number are charged an additional 21% VAT on their total. Currently, products are listed as VAT exclusive, and customers without a VAT number can purchase without the VAT being applied. This is not how we want it to work. Can you adjust the settings so that VAT is automatically added for such cases? Additionally, for customers in other countries who don’t provide a VAT number, their country-specific VAT should be applied.
