I had a great experience with this app and especially with the support I received. Sulejman has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He not only assisted me with installing the app, but also took the time to help customize it to fit my needs perfectly. In my case, I run a B2B eCommerce store with customers across Europe, many of whom have valid EU VAT numbers and should not be charged VAT. Shopify is mainly built for B2C, so handling VAT exemptions for B2B customers isn’t straightforward out of the box. Sulejman guided me through the setup and helped tailor everything so that VAT is correctly handled for business customers. He also helped improve the appearance of the VAT input block, making it look clean and well integrated with my store design. His explanations were clear, patient, and very professional, which made a complex setup much easier to manage. It’s rare to find this level of support and dedication. Highly recommend both the app and the amazing support behind it!

Fixed the VAT EU issue for cross border sales we have been having for a long while (over 6 months/+) with Shopify. Tried multiple, but always ran into some trouble or incorrect flows during checkout. We can finally continue our journey thanks to this app. Very responsive (under 2 mins nearly every time) developer who understands Shopfiy very well - able to provide (reasonable) edits to improve the app based on feedback within a day.

Excelente app y soporte excepcional. La app funciona perfectamente para validar números de IVA intracomunitario y aplicar la exención de impuestos automáticamente. Hace exactamente lo que promete de forma fiable y eficiente. Lo que más destaco es el soporte técnico excepcional. El equipo me ayudó durante toda la puesta en marcha, respondiendo rápidamente a todas mis dudas y asegurándose de que la configuración fuera correcta. Su atención y profesionalidad han sido impecables. La integración con el carrito es sencilla, el widget es personalizable y el dashboard de analíticas es muy útil para hacer seguimiento de las validaciones. We are very satisfied with the “EU VAT Exemption” app for Shopify. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding support. During the implementation of the widgets in our shop, we initially encountered difficulties, as they could not be integrated smoothly according to the provided instructions. Mr. Sulejman from the support team assisted us quickly and very professionally. It appears that individual adjustments to the widgets were necessary to ensure they functioned properly within our specific shop environment. App zojuist geïnstalleerd. Hierbij had ik wat hulp nodig. Onwijs goed geholpen door de klantenservice. Erg behulpzaam. Ben benieuwd naar de werking bij een bestelling. Maar ik verwacht dat dit perfect gaat werken.

EU Tax Exemption Easy is the best app for manage VAT taxes for EU companies, I move from Exemptify becuase doesn´t work with ELLA 7 Theme, and I found this one that is fantastic and easy to use. But the most important here is the proactive assistance by New CRaft developers they help me to place and configure the app and only take minutes, and is working perfectly, 100% recommended. Thanks for your Help!!
