I have been with Teelaunch for a few years now and I think they have really great customer service! They are usually pretty quick to respond and always very helpful. You get a human and not an AI chatbot (at least while I write this). I've been selling their metal signs mostly, and there were issues with the shipping and packaging. But they have fixed the shipping partner issue so our customers now receive their orders in a timely manner which is awesome! They have gone though a few iterations of packaging, and that combined with better shipping partners, there isn't much damage anymore. If I did have a sign that arrived to a customer damaged, they have always been great about shipping the customer a new one. My customers now have a much better shopping experience!! I also really like their app- it's user friendly and easy to use- integrates with my stores well. I find it pretty reliable. I've tested other POD providers, and I think Teelaunch's customer service is the best
