I have been using Teescape service for many years. Good products and customer service. But the delivery is poor. I have refunded a lot of money to customers for this about 15%, on average for every 7 orders, 1 order lasts about 2 weeks or more. This absolutely cannot meet the policies on Amazon (VTR over 95%, OTDR 90%) or other E-commerce. So I decided to give up. I've had my offers or accounts suspended by Amazon many times because of Teescape's services. Now Amazon's policies are getting tougher and we could be permanently suspended from selling if we don't change.
Thank you for your review, and We're so sorry you were unhappy. We ship most orders in 2-4 business days, but things like misprints or garment problems can sometimes cause them to run a little longer. It does look like you've had an unusually high number of orders run too long recently. I looked at the 40 orders you've placed since July 1st. 62% shipped on-time in 4 business days or less. 25% took 5 days. 3 orders took 6-7 days, and one order was 10 days. These numbers are unusually high for us for any one seller, and I can only apologize that this happened to you. Thank you for your business.

I really cant say enough about Teescape. Ive tried many POD, Teescape's pricing, ease of use and CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING!!! Any time I have a question, they reply in record time. I recommend them to anyone.

I don't understand why this app doesn't have a higher overall review rating. I've used just about every POD out there. In the past 2 1/2 years, thousands of orders they've fulfilled for me, and thousands of raving 5 star customer reviews, I can say with absolute confidence, that Teescape is by far the best in the industry. Sure, like every other pod out there, you'll occasionally have a printing error or defective garment. However, on the rare occasion that it happens, and I do mean rare, Teescape has always been quick to respond and quick to fix the problem! So, if you're looking for a flexible POD with a good selection that has amazing print quality, fast turnaround, excellent prices, and superior customer service, I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you, Teescape, for all that you do! You guys are truly the best of the best!

Customer service is very responsive and helpful while setting up my online store. I highly recommend them and always read the reviews of other apps because that is how I chose Teescape.

Since They got nailed for Copyright Infringement they have really gone down hill. Two things at play here: Print Quality and Copyright Infringement. Print Quality: Print quality is hit or miss. I can provide the photos and email chain, but simply put they did not stand behind their work. I have to have 40+ shirts reprinted at my cost from another shop because they felt the quality was good enough. 40+ shirts had fibers/pilling that was clearly visible. Two identical shirt side by side and the quality looks totally different. Okay some may say it was one time mistake. Well its not okay because it cause me over $400 to correct and second it one of three (3) different orders that had poor quality prints. OH! Make sure to read their rules too! If they make a mistake an go to fix it they may use a similar garment as opposed to the exact product you ordered. That happened to me too. 40 shirt order that had four (4) noticeably bad prints they corrected but sent then a different color shirt so we have 36 of one color and then these four that are different. Copyright Infringement: I understand protecting yourself from further violations but they simply claim an infraction on anything they think may be in violation as opposed to "knowing" which is safe, but VERY poor customer service wise. For example a customer orders three items and one item they feel is a violation will put the whole order in limbo and they do nothing with it. Well nothing aside form charging you $2 for canceling the order. Their work around is that you the vendor will need to email them and make your case. If you utilize fan art of any kind just stay away from them and you will be much happier for it.

Their print quality is horrible. I was really hoping this company would work for my printing needs, especially since they claim to be committed to producing the best quality prints. That's a total lie. The prints I ordered were terrible. It was a complete waste of money.

Although t-shirts aren't one of our main products, we still offer the option to our customers. We've been using Teescape for over a year with no issues or complaints from our customers, all orders have been shipped on time with 100% satisfaction from our customers.

Teescape is a top notch t-shirt POD company. Support is very quick with most responses taking less than 1 hour during business hours. Shipping is fast and some even ship out the same day. Their DTG quality is excellent, and prices are reasonable. Only downside is that they pretty much only offer apparel items, but that can be a plus as they are excellent at what they do.

Love this app and company!! Jeff and his team are great - give phenomenal customer service quickly. Products are great quality, shipped quickly and never a mistake. Added 7/2020- still thrilled after 3 years working together. Still using them 2/2024 - highly recommend!

When I first used this service for a majority of garments the vinegar smell was overwhelming that I received complaints. It seems as though the smell has calmed down a lot but now I recently ordered a sample. There isn't a smell but the letters appear to already be cracking. Not good, glad I caught before I pushed out to store. When I mentioned the smell to the company before, I was told this helps with treatment, but now it seems if there is no happy medium? No smell =less quality prints? I really wanted it to work because the shirt quality is better and less expensive.

So far so good. I ordered a sample product and it was fulfilled and shipped quickly. The app is also very user friendly with clear instructions throughout. Man I just wish I could have found these guys sooner in my business journey.

Teescape is amazing. I've worked with several other P.O.D sites and they are by far the best. They ship my orders in less than 4 days on average which is amazing, and their prices are low enough that you don't have to jack your prices up to make a profit. 20,000 orders now and only a few mishaps. Highly recommended!

We've been using Teescape at Cloud9Expressions.com for over a month now and they have been fantastic! The turnaround times have been great. Orders have been a maximum of 9 days from purchase to arrival at the customer's door. Some have been as little as 4 days! The product has been solid with quality printing. We had ordered several samples prior to going all in, and were not disappointed. Customer Service has been great as well. All around, great fulfillment service!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The shirts that I've ordered have been great; customer concerns/complaints essentially zero. Fast production & shipping. Very fast and helpful customer service. I know several other Shopify owners who love Teescape as well.

Great app and great company. The prices are great and so is the selection. I will work with them for as long as they keep up their high standard. I just hope they add baseball 3/4 sleeve shirts and tie-dye t-shirts someday.

I did a test with another company and their t-shirt was slow to deliver and the design wasn't centered correctly. I sent the same design to Teescape and it came out beautiful, centered and the ink wasn't thick, it was nice and smooth with none of the white underprint even shwoing through the outer edge of the design unlike the other printer. Another think I like is how easy it is to add product to my store using the Teescape app. I've tried a couple others but the integration was wonky or not even connected at all. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
