Antoine and the team at Teleship have to be one of the best teams for offering support for the App and being open to suggestions for additional features and improvements. The initial installation and setup was quick and simple with useful notes and YouTube videos to get you started quickly. An initial query was resolved with a few minutes in a video call with Antoine and we were up and running. In the same call I mentioned that it would be great to be able to process eBay IOSS orders for EU customers which we import through the Shopify Market Connect App which Antoine said they'd look into. A few days later and another video call with Antoine and a developer to check some eBay IOSS details and within a couple of weeks they had an integration working. No longer do we have to sort eBay IOSS orders and process them through a third party courier everything goes seamlessly through Teleship. As a bonus the pricing was cheaper that our previous IOSS registration and the parcel prices are very competitive without the need to use comparison websites. From our customers point of view they've already fed back how quickly they've received their parcels without the delays of customs processing, extra payments for fees and knowing to total order cost right at our store checkout. Most of our Western Europe parcels have gone from leaving us to arriving at the customers door in a week!! That's incredible given it's peak season for the postal services and couriers. We can't wait to see where Teleship will go next with the development of the App. Thank you everyone at Teleship.

Teleship has been fantastic in enabling us to ship DDP to the USA. It works perfectly for small businesses like ours and the app works seamlessly in the background, making it very easy to purchase labels and then just drop off with your regular mail. No need to drop off to different couriers, it just goes with Royal Mail and then is forwarded on from there to the relevant courier. We have been so impressed that we have also started using Teleship with our EU packages, the cost is competitive with Royal Mail, plus you get much better tracking and quick delivery. Finally, I'd like to to mention the support, which is second to none. Antoine is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and has answered all my queries quickly. I recommend this app 100%, its super easy to install, set-up is very simple and its pay as you go which for us a growing business, is perfect.

We've only been using this app for a few days but so far I'm beyond impressed. I had a little trouble getting everything configured and Antoine went above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely awesome! This company will be a huge bee in the bonnet of the big carriers before too long and I, for one, am rooting for them all the way! Lower shipping costs, straight forward processes, full transparency, all duties paid upfront and no hidden fees equals happier customers. My prayers have been heard. Highly highly recommended!

I installed Teleship in light of the US tariffs kicking in and I'm really impressed with the app itself within Shopify, the customer service and the delivery. The app recognises US and EU orders and drops them straight into its app - from there you can then purchase a shipping label with the correct taxes and duties applied. Its as easy as dropping it off at the Royal Mail local drop off shop and then Teleship pick it up at their end and continue the rest of the journey. For someone who's not that familiar with retail shipping as a start up - the help I had from Antoine was really helpful. So far I've had no issues with the shipping part of it at all - with successful postings and the customer receiving tracking via email. As soon as more countries are open to ship to I'll switch to Teleship for all of them. Very refreshing service and support :)

Teleship is currently the only answer to EU and US shipping for UK SMEs who want to ship packages without worry of any customs duties or delays. Their app is very easy to use and customer service is extremely fast to reply and helpful. 100% would recommend.

Excellent service, and fantastic feedback orm the developers, who actually listen to issues and work on solutions. Has been a godsend for DDP shipping to the US, and the EU, ofeirng better prices and simpler systems than any of ther other carriers. Highly recommended

Teleship has been our Golden Ticket for our small UK business. It enables us to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the USA and most European countries, while still using our local post office for dispatch. At checkout, our store displays duties and taxes transparently, so customers know exactly what they’re paying. We simply purchase the label and drop it off. No hidden fees, no extra steps, just seamless international shipping. Teleship understands that we are a small and growing business that does lower volumes, and for businesses like ours, DDP is typically out of reach. But Teleship made it possible. Could not recommend it enough, very thankful for the team at Teleship for making DDP possible for such a small business like us.

If you want to ship to the EU and avoid all the problems with using a European warehouse then Teleship is the answer. Easy to use and good shipping rates plus excellent customer service. Few setup issues all sorted after a meeting with Antoine. Highly recommend.

Integration with Shopify is simple. The ability to have the correct EU VAT rates and shipping costs paid in one go without having to fill out confusing IOSS applications and reporting to individual countries. The team are really helpful and have had our back every step of the way. Things I wish for: - Options to choose the level of detail provided to customers on parcel tracking page - Shipping rates to pull through properly at checkout (sometimes they don't) - Shipping to Canada - Shipping to Australia - Shipping within the UK
