Super nice app, easy to install. Had 1 question, got support right away and within 5 minutes everything was set. Highly recommend! Just follow the instructions, check and ask questions to support if you don't know how to get the right outcome.

I do not recommend downloading this app; it's terrible, very, very bad. The support is awful, and it doesn't work as intended. Specifically, it doesn't keep a record that the customer accepted the terms and conditions. I recommend that it be removed from Shopify.
