This app is very simple to install and build / customize for a simple authorization check box not allowing the customer to move forward without accepting/acknowledging the conditions in which they are purchasing. in the future, if they had an audit trail, that would be wonderful but if your process delineated, this should be sufficient for the merchant account to handle consumer conditions.

The app didn't work initially, after a 1-star review, the people from GM Infotech checked & fixed the issue from their end. The app works now as advertised. A well deserved 5-stars for the active follow-up & correction of the problems.

This app does exactly what it promises. We needed a mandatory Terms & Conditions checkbox before checkout, and this solved it instantly — no coding required. It even blocks “Buy It Now” orders until customers agree. Setup took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend for any store that wants extra protection.

Great app for collecting customer consent before checkout. The checkbox works perfectly on the cart and even blocks Buy It Now orders until it’s checked. It logs the date and time of agreement, which gives me extra legal security. Highly recommended for all Shopify stores.
