The app works perfectly for the standard checkout button and does exactly what it promises on the layout side. Essential app for legally compliant EU stores! This app is exactly what I needed for my digital products store. In Germany and the EU, having a mandatory "Terms & Conditions" and "Right of Withdrawal" checkbox before checkout is a strict legal requirement, and this app makes it incredibly easy to set up. It integrates beautifully into the cart, looks very professional, and works flawlessly. A big thank you also to the support team, who helped me instantly with my setup questions for global markets. Installed this app so I could place a required checkbox in my cart page forcing my customers to verify that they selected the correct pick-up/delivery day since we've had several customers pick the wrong day and then when they show up we don't have their order ready which cause a lot of stress for all involved. The customer service was great and a real person responded which was nice.

Developer is quick to respond and helpful, beware you need a shopify plus account to have a checkbox at checkout. or i would have used it.

This app provides a much needed check box for accepting terms and conditions, which is important from a legal perspective. The customer service team is fantastic and very responsive. There was a small issue with integrating the app with the Shopify theme we are using, and their team fixed it promptly.
