Installed this app so I could place a required checkbox in my cart page forcing my customers to verify that they selected the correct pick-up/delivery day since we've had several customers pick the wrong day and then when they show up we don't have their order ready which cause a lot of stress for all involved. The customer service was great and a real person responded which was nice.

Developer is quick to respond and helpful, beware you need a shopify plus account to have a checkbox at checkout. or i would have used it.

I find this app extremely useful since it covers not only the checkout page but also the newsletter and contact forms - features that even paid apps don't offer! Moreover, the support team solved one of my requests right away and everything works perfectly! Thanks to the team for this amazing app! I highly recommend it!

This app provides a much needed check box for accepting terms and conditions, which is important from a legal perspective. The customer service team is fantastic and very responsive. There was a small issue with integrating the app with the Shopify theme we are using, and their team fixed it promptly.

+ works great, many options regarding features and layout and therefore smooth integration in probably every shop + excellent support - configuration for different languages and countries actually very time-consuming. Let's say you have 3 languages and 20 countries you have to set up 60 rules where 20 do have exactly the same settings. But after our proposals the team integrated a duplicate feature (before you had to start at zero for each setting). Hopefully soon further improvements will be made, e.g. possibility to set up rules only for languages, independent of countries or group countries/languages with same settings. Otherwise it is always "painful" if you have to change things.
