I’ve had a disappointing experience with Pascal from Textify’s customer service. As customers, we try our best to share our thoughts and ideas in good faith. However, when a support member responds with a poor attitude, impatience, or attacks the client instead of addressing concerns calmly, it reflects badly on the company. The Textify app itself is good, but Pascal’s approach in handling customer communication comes across as inappropriate and impolite. Customer service is about patience, empathy, and solutions — qualities that need to be reinforced through proper training in this case.

Unfortunately, the discussion became challenging due to a lack of patience and respectful communication. While we are always happy to help and thoroughly investigate issues, some matters require time and cannot be resolved instantly. Productive support depends on mutual respect and constructive communication. When interactions become confrontational or impatient, it creates a situation that is not productive for either side. That said, we remain open to assisting further and are happy to help as long as the conversation is conducted respectfully and without attacks or aggression. We are all human and not automated systems — words matter. We kindly ask for the same level of respect that you would also expect and extend to your own customers.
