TextYess is incredibly easy to set up, and it seamlessly integrates with our eCommerce store. We started using TextYess a few weeks ago with excellent results, especially for outbound automations like abandoned checkout.

My reaction when I first tried TextYess was a resounding 'wow!' I'm fascinated by their speed in developing new features and how their AI Assistant manages to meet every customer request. A truly appreciated app!

I admit that I was particularly skeptical before trying TextYess, especially regarding the use of WhatsApp for an eCommerce like BricoBravo. However, I decided to give it a shot, tested the tool, and the results so far have been amazing: both in terms of the AI Assistant's performance, which has allowed us to provide hyper-accurate responses to our customers 24/7 in just a few seconds, and the performance of outbound automations, such as abandoned checkout follow-ups. We're super happy to be using TextYess, and we can't wait for them to release the new features in their roadmap!

We were dissatisfied with the various apps that allowed us to set up automations on WhatsApp, such as cash-on-delivery order confirmations. As soon as we tried TextYess, we instantly fell in love with the simplicity of their solution! One of the things we appreciate the most is their responsiveness to requests for new features and platform optimizations. Approved!

We decided to implement TextYess for two main reasons: to connect in a much more personal way with our customer base through WhatsApp and to use a new "advertising channel" by setting up automations or sending broadcast campaigns, making the most of our audience's attention. Después de que nuestro equipo italiano implementara TextYess, ¡nosotros también teníamos curiosidad por probarla! Es un producto muy fácil de configurar, y se puede poner en marcha en solo unos minutos. Nos permitió configurar flujos en WhatsApp, como el checkout abandonado, solicitud de reseñas y muchos más, además de analizar directamente en los paneles de TextYess el impacto económico generado por la herramienta.

We are really satisfied with TextYess. The AI Assistant answers all of our customers' questions, even the most difficult ones, in a few of seconds. A key feature is that since we have customers from all around the world, the AI can guarantee continuous support in any language, offering a 24/7 WhatsApp multilingual shopping experience. Last but not least, we are exploring WhatsApp marketing features and getting some first great results. Recommended!

Fantastic tool, highly recommended. We wanted to automate answering all of our customers' questions on WhatsApp, and we found what we needed: a precise AI assistant with a human touch. Wonderful product. They guided us step by step through the integration and within a few days we were live with a very high quality AI Assistant. Installation, setup and configuration of astonishing simplicity and ease: in no time we had the chatbot up and running with answers in line with the site content, product catalogue and FAQs. Training allows the quality of responses to be continually refined, and again with the usual simplicity and speed. The accuracy of the answers decreased the workload of our Customer Care while simultaneously giving customers the answers they needed, which is the most important thing. Finally, the quality of onboarding is worth mentioning: the textyess team is by our side at all times with kindness and competence. Excellent work! Super recommended app, a must-have.
