Very easy product to set up and amazing AI Assistant responses. We were already using it on 3 other brands of our partners and couldn't help but use it in Sublime Shop as well. Really a lot of stuff here!

In just a few minutes, we were able to set up our AI Assistant on WhatsApp, and it's great to automatically respond 24/7 to all of its customers in just a few seconds. Great product!

After our colleagues from Italy and France started using TextYess' AI Shopping Assistant, it seemed inevitable that we would test it as well. A cool tool! The two features our customers appreciate most are the ability to receive product photos on WhatsApp and the AI's incredible understanding of audio messages. Recommended!

Great performance and amazing answer. In a month conversion rate was 19% with a roas of 28. service is amazing and they are very reactive

We had too many messages on WhatsApp to handle from our customers, especially during peak periods like Black Friday. TextYess helped us to streamline inquiries from customers and at the same time to increase sales. Great tool!

he idea of responding immediately to my clients on WhatsApp, even on weekends, has always appealed to me. I finally found Textyess that allowed me to do this. The thing that amazes me the most is their support, they are always available and ready to help you better train the AI Assistant.

I love TextYess! This approach has significantly contributed to MicheleBazar's enhanced conversion rates and substantial sales growth, ultimately yielding an impressive 20-fold return on investment. Yay! We are handling a lot of support tickets, and thanks this AI bot we can offer more accurate experience. What I liked the most is that I can customize AI's responses by providing specific training, so that it aligns with our tone of voice. This is something I could not do with my previous app. The only drawback is that it's a new app, but I could still get excellent support from the team to make sure I set it up correctly.
