This is a great app, which allows my business to have a dedicated page for all my FAQ's. Also the customer service is great, always on hand to assist in a timely manner. Well done, look forward to see further updates

i was going to make my own FAQ but this is just the best ever, so easy to setup and it works perfect and looks great! had some questions for the team, and they answered instant and were so kind and helpful. no doubt this is the best one out there

My wife has an e-commerce business and we are both in our 60’s. I manage certain aspects of her website and went looking for an FAQ app that would meet our needs and that was easy to use. I happened upon The Detective and decided to give it a try. I am not tech-savvy at all. My only issue was that I needed some instruction on how to use the app. I was able to figure everything out with their assistance and they tell me they are planning instructional videos. Believe me, if I can figure it out, anyone can. Not only does the app allow for general FAQ, but you can have product-based FAQ. This aspect was appealing to me because we sell multiple products. However, I soon realized that the product-based FAQ were general and not specific, ie you had to have the same FAQ for all products and could not have different FAQ for different products. I told the app folks that I wished I had the ability to do this. They reworked their app over a weekend to accommodate us. I’m no app expert but I’m very happy with the functionality of The Detective, and the support I received is A+.

Extremely responsive and dedicated team of professional developers, who are ready to jump on any streamlining, modifications and improvements that you might need. I was happy to come back to this app after seeing this and now i am considerIng migrating my entire 700-question database on Leech.com over to this platform. Very impressed! This app also has the slickest and most esthetically-pleasing templates and i am glad i chose it.

Very useful and well-presented application. I do use it for my online store since a few days now and I do enjoy it. It is very easy to customise for any online businesses. I had a request related to a specific display and the team was very useful and efficient. I do recommend this app. Well done guys!
