The app updates the themes okay, but there is so little transparency or customer input on what the theme updates are going to be. There's no way to upvote features or make suggestions. And the customer service just sucks. If you ask for help with a problem, like the fact that their theme doesn't support Google Review Rich Snippets, they tell you to hire a custom coder to fix their theme. A suggestion box would be so much more gratifying. I don't always need an instant fix, but I'd like to know what kind of improvements they want to make in the future.
