Must admit I am very disappointed of the app and service. Totally useless. The updates never go smoothly, it's deleting all my theme customizations (which I payed a lot for) and I can't use the updated theme. Most important files need to be configured manually, and I have to hire a developer to make the changes, for extra payment ($300 to be exact). It is ridiculous as a pay you each month for this app.
Hi camieandme team! The Theme Updater does identify customizations that it cannot carry over from your 2021 theme version so you can manually carry them over to your updated 2025 theme version. Customizing the theme to be right-to-left and adding third party app code and customizations does introduce a lot of additional complexity.
