The only thing it did for me is install an updated version of my current theme, which I've already done from the Shopify theme store. Everything else I have to do manually. Plus, there is no option to cancel your plan so I have to contact customer support just to cancel, which I find unnecessary. Edit: I did contact support and they were very friendly and willing to help. therefore, I am willing to upgrade the rating.

The steps you provided are very helpful" in the ticket we have open with you, but it sounds like you might need a bit more help. We were able to help with the cancelation of your subscription on the same day that you started it, but did not know that you were needing assistance with updating the theme itself, as this was not mentioned in your ticket.
