Sprout Enterprise® review for Theme Updater & Backups | OOTS

Usually, we've had no issues in updating the Turbo theme. But this version from 9.6 to 10 -- went haywire. AI allegedly handled all but one of the customizations in upgrading the theme, but our opening slide show was completely screwed up. For now, we've left v9.6 in place. It's frustrating having had / worked with this theme for years without needing to hire an expert -- apparently, now we will have to? Disappointing. BUT.... 2 days later, OOTS support responded quickly to our ticket, stepped in and fixed the issue. Not only did they fix it, they followed up to be sure that the site is working properly. Today, we published the 10 version. Thanks, OOTS!
