Hi Wedding Lux team! We recommend checking the Activity Log included in the “Users and permissions” area of your store’s Settings to find the source of the App Authorization. Our support team is unable to perform subscription changes to a store. As the Mobilia theme is no longer supported by Out of the Sandbox, Theme Updater is unable to update your theme. Looking back on our ticket thread, we addressed this issue with high priority and requested more information. We look forward to your reply and resolving this as soon as possible.
