I just want to say since writing this original message, customer service has improved drastically as have shipping times. I solved the problem with not being able to upload my design images by either clearing my cache or trying a different browser. I was using Brave browser and have since switched back to Firefox and have had no problems. I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of the items I'm getting from them and I would recommend giving them a try. They have some unique items that sell well that I can't find on any other site. Original ---- Customer service takes forever and most of the items I've worked with before, won't let me save my designs now. Not a word from customer service and it's been over a week. It was working fine until about a week ago, not sure what's going on.
