Okay so my service earlier with them wasnt that good, but there customer staff actually contacted me and he even go 1 step ahead for optimizing the website. current i am testing the optimization, i will for sure update about it.... but for the customer Support, and the help they have done..... It was great

bad support and speed of site still not good
Hi Maria, Sorry about the bad experience with the app. As we explained in the chat and followed up by email, your site issues are mainly caused by the fact that you use a page builder for every single page and have massive images (over 5k pixels in each dimension) basically everywhere with no image source sets, causing your pages to be over 15MB. Those issues are a bit more fundamental than our app is intended to handle. We're still happy to advise on how to improve the speed of your store - just respond to our emails :) Best, George

I've been using this app for a few months and I've been super happy with my store speed! The dashboard is the first thing I check after making changes to my theme. The support team is great and super responsive as well. Highly recommend! ^^

Been using this for a while, reduces your dalays and helps the site load faster, had a minor inconvenience at first of website glitching out, but the staff were quick on the ball and fixed it

Theme editor stopped working after was removed. Site editor is messed badly.
Hey there, We're very sorry for the issues you've experienced - we don't interact with the site editor at all and no Shopify app has the power to interact with your store once you've uninstalled. Great app that was easy to set up and improved my site speed significantly without much trouble. But what sets them apart is their support: I was able to speak directly with the owner right off the bat, who was very responsive, and he even ended up helping me solve a problem that wasn't even related to his app! Having a real person to help me with my unique problem is important to me as a sole business operator who doesn't have a tech background, and it's definitely kept me from looking at other page speed apps!

I highly recommend using the app and working with George. He helped me with optimizing my store and resolved critical issue with CLS (visual stability problems). I think an app like that is the future of online store optimizations. I must also add that I am a newbie to subject like this, I always feel dizzy while talking with developers - but not with George. He has high communication skills and I understood everything he said and every process he showed and explained. I appreciate the experience and results.
