We wanted to try the app, but the experience has not been ideal. First, optimizing the theme, which should take 10-15 minutes as per the instructions, took over two hours and never finished. After that, the app simply stopped loading, giving a "refuse to connect" error. We emailed support, and they reached out offering to help. Unfortunately, we had already installed and set up another app.
Hi Frank, We’re very very sorry about your experience. We had an unexpected server issue while I was away from the office, but the service is now back online. This is definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We’re happy to investigate the failed optimization (because of our server provider going down), fix any remaining issues, and provide a complimentary manual analysis of your store to make things right. I reached out to George once i installed the app to see what he could do for our store - it took a while for a response due to technical issues he was having with shopify which are now resolved. He has since got back to me and offered his skills to help improve our stores score overall and asap
