Working with Chris and Ticket Spot has been a great experience! After exploring numerous ticketing app options, Ticket Spot was the only one that met all our needs. We host a large annual event with several different types of ticket sales, so things can get complicated. Chris has been incredibly responsive whenever issues arise, always quick to help or find a solution. Having everything integrated in one place has made managing ticket sales so much easier and reduced the need to go back and forth between Ticket Spot and Shopify. We’ve also found the notification and waitlist features especially helpful for managing class registrations.
