Ticket Spot worked exactly as I needed it to, and better than I expected. In any instance when it did not function in the exact, nuanced way I wanted, their support team resolved the concern for me immediately, with a higher level of service than I have ever received from any other app within shopify.
We have been using TicketSpot for our events and it has worked great, we needed a way to move our whole ticketing system from one platform to another, and ticketspot was the bridge that we needed. I would like to give a special shout out to Chris, who has been helping us with detailed steps, recommendations and just general fixes all along our path. Great customer service. Keep on the good work. Definitely recommend, specially the seating map features, very detailed, easy to learn and great seating map designer.
