Ticket Spot worked exactly as I needed it to, and better than I expected. In any instance when it did not function in the exact, nuanced way I wanted, their support team resolved the concern for me immediately, with a higher level of service than I have ever received from any other app within shopify.

We have been using TicketSpot for our events and it has worked great, we needed a way to move our whole ticketing system from one platform to another, and ticketspot was the bridge that we needed. What you get for the price is amazing! The platform sits on top of Shopify nicely, giving the flexibility of a standalone ticket platform while streamlining all payment flows. All the functionality we needed is there: waitlists, ticket publishing, repeating events and questionnaires. We had a couple of issues, but after a chat these were quickly resolved. Super happy!
