I use Ticket Spot to manage registrations for my Best of Arizona Cars and Coffee event, which features 600+ display vehicles, and the app has worked great for us. It makes it easy to manage registrations, track attendees, and handle check-ins efficiently on event day. The platform is straightforward, reliable, and keeps everything organized for a large event like ours. The app developer is also easy to reach and very responsive, helping with any questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend it for anyone running events and needing a solid ticketing and registration system.

What you get for the price is amazing! The platform sits on top of Shopify nicely, giving the flexibility of a standalone ticket platform while streamlining all payment flows. All the functionality we needed is there: waitlists, ticket publishing, repeating events and questionnaires. We had a couple of issues, but after a chat these were quickly resolved. Super happy!

This app has been a great success on our store and support has been outstanding. We are using some newer features of the app and the Ticket Spot team has been responsive and quick about making sure everything works correctly. Feedback from customers is that they love the interface as it is very user-friendly. And the interface for us to create and manage events is also fantastic and user-friendly. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience I had with Ticket spot. I proposed that I would rather be willing to pay a one event price instead of monthly, 5 days later they launched the package for me to host my one event. Thank you soo much!

Great app works well and looks great. Integration with Shopify is clean. Best part is their technical customer service is 10/10. Most responsive Ive seen in years and a godsend for when you are running a big event and have a "hiccup".

The functionality met our needs and the event was served well by the App. Ticket Spot allowed us to sell tickets online for a multi-day experience and then scan and redeem the tickets at the event removing them from inventory. In addition to being fully integrated with Shopify for Shopify Payments, we were able to use Shopify POS for selling tickets onsite at the event as well. Regarding the scale - we were able to sell over 30,000 online tickets and another several thousand at POS. Customer Service - Chris was stellar to work with and have great recommendations and options on how to handle some requirements such as complimentary tickets for volunteers and key customers. Those functioned great in Ticket Spot. Chris was highly responsive to our questions and requests. Reporting was excellent. We look forward to Ticket Spot being our online ticketing solution for the future. We reviewed and demonstrated other solutions and hands down Ticket Spot was the best decision. I highly recommend you giving Chris and Ticket Spot full consideration for your ticking needs and integration with Shopify Payments

We recently used this app for one of our largest events, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The smartphone app’s badge scanning feature worked seamlessly, even in areas where cell service was spotty. This was a significant concern for us, but the app handled it without a hitch. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for our team to navigate and manage the event without needing extensive training. The customer support for this app deserves special mention (thanks Chris!)—prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. We were so impressed with the app's performance and the level of support we are planning on transition our entire event ticketing operations to this platform.

This is a very slick and easy to use app. Customer service has been amazing, professional and prompt! Also, they are open and responsive to improvements - I made some suggestions which were incorporated within 24 hours. If you have an event, and want to seamlessly integrate it with Shopify, all at a reasonable price, I do not hesitate in recommending Ticket Spot and Chris.

Great to work with, excellent support. (and fees are much lower than other providers!) Love the fact that I can sell merch and tickets together without a 3rd party import process!
