Very useful app for any Shopify store that wants to improve customer support. Being able to connect each support request directly to an order is a major advantage. We can quickly understand the customer's situation without searching manually through Shopify, emails, or internal messages. The ticket history is also very clear, especially when several people work on support. Everyone stays aligned, customers receive better answers, and issues are easier to resolve properly.
