Lucas resolved the issue of my countdown timer not appearing in a quick and timely fashion. Really good customer service. As for the app itself, it's one of those simple but absolutely necessary apps which has helped our store increase it's revenue year-on-year.

Really easy to use. I tried a few different apps, I like this one the best. I had a technical problem with my store and this app, the problem was fixed very fast with assistance from Arthur. He was great and was able to pin point and fix the issue I was having. I will be using this app and would recommend to anyone in need of this service.
