Your app is really great, but it’s a bit on the higher side in terms of budget. However, the customer service is excellent!

Had trouble installing the Tiktok pixel because in Romania we dont have access to official tiktok app for some reason. Tried the classic copy-paste code in the website but the pixel was not working for some reason. Searched and found this app, it is a bit expensive but for me it is worth it. Also, the installation and the immediate support from the app was helpfull. Taking all into consideration, i recommend it 100%.

Amazing customer support went quickly to the worst. This app is seriously buggy and most features require their dev team to debug first. There is no smooth set up. I spent all Thursday with their support and dev team to set up. Eventually all was said to be working. Hurray. Until Friday morning when just about every aspect of tracking was broken. The problem was, that on Friday morning, while already having campaigns running, I was told their dev team is off for the weekend until Monday. 24/7 customer support really means someone to sweet talk you while the dev team has a 3 days weekend instead of fixing seriously buggy app.

I’ve just learned that you wanted to escalate this to a manager, and I regret that our team didn’t prioritize this sooner. For the longest time, I was struggling to connect my Shopify pixel to TikTok Ads and unfortunately, doing it automatically wasn't an option, as our e-commerce is based outside of the supported countries. The TikShop app by Omega made the process incredibly easy and I was done in minutes! Honestly, it saved me a ton of time and stress from trying to figure out the proper way to connect the two platforms. In addition, the customer support was amazing! Niel was super kind and helpful and made sure that everything was up and running efficiently and quickly.
