I love this app, it track my sales using their pixel 99% of the time, in addition to that customer service are always there to help . I really like it.

I faced an issue integrating new pixels to my store but the support was kind enough to help me with every step and eventually connect the pixels to my store

The installation was very easy, the events are being tracked with the TikTok API perfectly, and the support was also great. Love it.

Thank you Joyce I have problem with TikTok Pixel Because Im Korea, Korea cannot use shopifypayment So i coding payment process In my Cart Page it is problem.. my tiktok pixel tracked untill Cart Page but complete payment not track... I really like this app. So easy to add a Tiktok pixel, but if there are any issues the support team at Omega is second to none. They provide the best customer service from any app I have used.

I used this app and it is so helpfull just because of there fast support and easy to use app. Amazing app. These guys are professional and know what they are doing. Our previous tiktok pixel is tracking all sorts of wrong data. We had the Omega FB Pixel first and then decided to try their Tiktok pixel too, and oh mine, it's great!

This is a really great app for tracking Tiktok pixel events, and especially for multiple pixels. I especially like the server-side system that Omega uses (not just website tracking), which I have found is more accurate. On top of this I must mention the customer support that Omega offers - it is exceptional and better than I have received from any of the other apps I have used. I am very happy to recommend this app to anyone who is doing Tiktok promotion. In fact, I have just installed it on another shop also.
