Ronex was very helpful in letting me understand how to create the SKUs to link the products from Shopify to our Tiktok shop. He answered all the questions about how to keep our inventory and stock accurate in the future and I am pleased with the experience.

I put 5 but for information only works with one tiktokshop.. if you sell on multiple shop (germanye, italy, etc) it wont do the job. too bad. Same for orders you can syncronize all orders to shopify, only one market.

App works great! Had a slight issue with the dashboard not loading as it should, but spoke to Pratik on Live Chat and it was sorted quickly and officiantly! Brilliant, thank you for your help Pratik!

Hen did a great job at easing my frustration with TikTok Shop integration. My head was running circles trying to do everything manually, and he jumped on a call, and ran through everything extremely simply and made it excessively understandable for me. I can't believe I'm just learning about this app now, it's such a time saver, and such an amazing product. Thanks to Hen, and the devs.
