They explained that they would send the problem to another team and get back to me, giving me a ticket number. Then received an email from a random gmail account asking me what the problem is. Explained it again with screenshots. Then this person asked me to pay them to have the problem fixed. So not only did my problem go ignored, my email was also shared to scammers.
