The app currently shows as incompatible in markets where TikTok Ads is already officially available—for example, Costa Rica. While we can run ads here, the Shopify app remains unavailable. Access to this integration is critical for our website and campaigns to perform properly. We are actively investing in TikTok, and this limitation results in inefficient spend. We kindly request that you enable the app in Costa Rica.
