Great App! Quick and easy integration in the Shopify store with unlimited number of subscriptions in the free plan. Also, very helpful support that helps with customised Shopify themes and also in case of bugs. Works perfectly for us!

I recently had the pleasure of using the Timo Subscriptions app for my Shopify store, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This app suddenly double charged my customers causing panic on our side and our customers side who kept calling in to ask what's going on. The 2nd charge came a day later. We caught it after more than 20 duplicate orders came in. Even as we tried refunding the 20 orders, another batch of orders came in, and on and on... Globosoft admitted the app was updated causing the billing error but refused to help refund the orders. So, we manually refunded all the orders on our side. Globosoft replied by again acknowledging that it was their fault but could only promise to make the app perform better. They refuse to offer any assistance in the fees created by their malfunctioning app. Don't let this happen to you! Prices of products in your subscriptions CAN NOT BE CHANGED. If you change a price in Shopify the price will remain the old price in Timo. Your customers will be billed the old price for life. BE CAREFUL. Globo told me I had to upgrade my plan and do product swaps. This means they force you to create a new product in Shopify to replace the old one to update the price. It's terrible. Stay away from this app
Hello, We are sorry for your experience. We really don't want this problem to happen to you. other stores won't have the same problem as you. Because you have request us to do this customize: - You need "Renew all subscriptions at 00:00." Our app hasn't got the feature, our dev team has done this customize for you. there was a bug of this customize feature. Some subscription will be renewed sooner. ==> the next billing hasn't yet skipped. so we got duplicate order. As you know, our team has fixed the error right after we know the bug on this customize. But we can't help you process refund or reimburse credit card fees. Because Shopify doesn't allow us to do this. Once again, We are really sorry for this issue!!

Had a little trouble at first, but the customer service team with Timo was extremally helpful. They actually took the time to fix the issue internally and consistently check up on me to make sure that all is well.

Top-notch. Super app, very user-friendly, and simple to set up. Took me like 5 minutes. Not only that, but the awesome and friendly support I got from those guys was exceptional. I still can't believe this is a completely free app. Thanks so much!!
