I installed this app and start using it. After 2 days this app was frozen and never worked again. However the payment was also deducted after 7 days of trial. I contacted support and provided them the proof but no answer. I have all my subscriber from our website and have consent.

Hello Adore, 1) Our app is Free when you install it via the app store. Installing from our website is a paid service as we only offer free service to Shopify merchants. Please reach out to CS for a refund. 2) Accounts "freeze" for a violation of our Anti-Spam policy. You may only use tinyEmail to send Opt-In emails to your subscribers, not unsolicited ones.
