a ferramenta é um tanto simples (comparada a outras como mailchimp) mas atende as funcionalidades básicas com custo zero. Além disso, eles tem um suporte muito bom, incrível mesmo.

This app works extremely well and has exceeded our expectations. I cannot get the app to sync to my existing TinyEmail account. It keeps creating a new account on install and doesn't keep the existing account logged in no matter how many times I log in. If i refresh the page, it reverts to the account they created automatically during install. The profiles are then synced to the new account and there is no way to unsync it, leaving no room to sync to my already existing account. They have a lot to work on.
Hi there, we're very sorry for the trouble. When the tinyEmail app is installed, it automatically creates a new account linked to your store — this is expected. We’ve now released updates that allow you to connect your existing tinyEmail account to your store as well. Please check your email for instructions from our team. Integrating this app with Shopify is a real struggle. Eventually i gave up

Totally useless app. Continously getting error messages during installation. Message always saying they are sorry. Could never instal it, telling me to try again. I tried at least 10 times.

I uninstalled this app after not needing it and have been spammed with acquisition emails since. I have had to unsubscribe 3 times from their email list, and am still getting contacted. Not great coming from an EDM App....
Janhavi was really helpful. Jumped on the Google Meet straightway to show me the product information in details and gave me recommendations.

They offer so many amazing features—I’m absolutely loving it! It’s incredibly user-friendly, much easier to navigate than other email tools I’ve tried. Their customer service is lightning-fast and super helpful. A must-have for your Shopify store. Definitely 5 stars and beyond!
Absolutely horrible experience. They couldn't see any of my customer data from Shopify. We worked on it for a week. They couldn't ever see my customer data from any prior campaigns. They will continuously promise that they will help you, but then they won't actually do anything.

Awesome app with everything you would need to send email campaigns, and has pre-built abandoned cart, welcome, and win-back emails which is a huge time saver. Great customer support as well, and on the off chance they're not online, they answer emails super fast. Thanks!
Hi, this is a great free service for companies who want to begin email marketing. They provide amazing support who are always ready to help. they provide solutions and make sure you are following good email practices. They provide freedom to customize almost all parts of the email and an easy to read analytics dashboard.
Amazing customer support by Janhavi Singh and his tech support guy to sort the issue out. I would recommend this app to everyone. But please make sure when you start using this app it will be tiny bit difficult for beginner to start but once done then no issues. Thanks again for developing a such nice app for shopify.
