One of the most budget-friendly email platforms for unlimited subscribers that is easy to use and has amazing customer support. Many thanks to Mashiar for his exceptional support! Mashiar answered all my questions when I was deciding if I wanted to switch to TinyEmail and then help me set up and connect my accounts. You can get help via, email, or phone, and ask for video tutorials of the spets you are getting stuck on. Toy Maker of Lunenburg Canada

I recently started using Tiny Email for my email marketing needs and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. This tool has made it so much easier for me to manage my email campaigns and reach out to my subscribers effectively. One of the best things about Tiny Email is its simplicity. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes it perfect for both beginners and experienced users. The drag-and-drop editor is also a great feature that allows me to create beautiful emails without any coding skills. Another feature that I love about Tiny Email is its automation capabilities. With this tool, I can set up automated email campaigns that are triggered by specific user actions, such as opening an email or clicking a link. This has saved me a lot of time and effort in managing my email campaigns. In addition, the customer support team at Tiny Email is excellent. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have and they go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with the tool. Overall, I highly recommend Tiny Email for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly email marketing tool. It has definitely helped me to improve my email marketing strategy and I'm sure it will do the same for others too.

This app is set to do everything I need. Even before I was a paying customer, the tinyEmail customer service has been superb. They are very responsive to my questions.

If you are looking for a tool that lets you send Newsletter very easily and has a nice UX/UI go for TinyEmail. They also have pop-up builder and automation so less stress. Forget about any AI tool as they have AI & Machine Learning built in so you can save some money on it as well.

I have been using Tiny Email for a few months now and I am extremely satisfied with the service. The team at Tiny Email is very responsive and provided great customer service when I had a problem with my account. They were able to solve the issue quickly and efficiently, which really impressed me. In addition, the email service itself is reliable and has all the features I need. I highly recommend Tiny Email for anyone in need of a dependable email service with excellent customer support.

Tiny Email is a super email marketing platform and we upgraded from free to a premium plan. Mashiar has provided excellent support and has been really helpful in working out issues and configuring our account. We highly recommend Tiny Email.

Quite new to TinyEmail but Mashiar from support was very helpful in getting me setup. It's a very user friendly app, and their Free Plan is very generous. I really liked their vast template selection

I love TinyEmail! I tried Shopify email, but it didn’t have the wide variety of capes I was looking for. I also researched Klaviyo, Privy, and a variety of other apps but found that TinyEmail had the highest TrustPilot score. Users’ biggest pain points seemed to be clunky interfaces and unhelpful customer support. I find that both are outstanding on TinyEmail.

Had some minor issues with the app, and customer service immediately reached out to me to resolve the issue. The price is fair for the amount of support you receive and the quality of features available for your marketing needs. I would recommend the app if you're looking for a good marketing solution for your business.

I have had this app for one week. It's very intuitive to use, and the templates look great. They are careful to ensure that your email list only contains customers who have subscribed, so they monitor for quality. That shows their integrity. The cost is reasonable as well. I give them 5 stars.

where do I start!! Its an awesome company. From customer service to the service its providing. Mashier from the customer service team is so nice, she help me with all questions, issue in a timely manner and the way she answer make me feel warm and well taken care of! Thanks very much Mashiar. Great app with lots of templates and designs to make it easy to send out a professional looking campaign. Clean and simple user interface and lots of statistics available to describe customer interaction with emails and great customer support. Integration with Shopify was simple and seamless. And their free email plan is an ongoing plan and is not a trial so there are options for all sizes of business. Highly Recommend this product.
