We needed an app for booking free ski boot fitting appointments, and spent a long time looking at all the options. We were initially a little suspicious of this one as it's free, and suspected it would therefore be poorly designed and built, and probably no tech support, so test installed other options before this one. HOWEVER... it is by miles the best option we have found, is fully integrated into Shopify, was very easy to integrate into our website, and the couple of questions/issues we have had with it were very speedily rectified by tech support. We go live with the system next week, so that will be the real test, but so far it's excellent! Thank you Tipo :-)

UPDATE: The calendar is buggy and shows different availability depending on the user and device. Some of my customers report that they see different availabilities depending on if they're on their phone or PC. I am also able to see availabilities in my calendar from my end that are not supposed to be available. Some of my clients are getting very frustrated when I have to tell them that I have to reject their bookings because it overlaps with other bookings. I sent a report to Tipo 4 days and have not received a response. ---- The app supports multiple products, flexible time scheduling, and has a good customer interface. For a free app, it's already better than most paid calendar booking apps. Something I'd like to see improved in the future, however, are: - Ability to include a text description on the booking page - More ease of use for uploading your own images for the calendar background.

So far I love it! It's simple enough to set up and easy enough to use. There are a few upgrades and tweaks I would like to see that could make viewing the appointments more efficient and overall more user friendly. But honestly, I'm impressed a free app works so well. We operate a very small retail store with a lot of customers traveling some distance to visit us. With the new Covid restrictions, we wanted to ensure those customers could guarantee a space to browse once they got here. So we set up this appointment app to take reservations with a $5 booking fee that's credited towards their in-store purchase. The fee is great to discourage people who are not serious buyers and if someone skips the appointment we keep it as a penalty for wasting our time. Overall this is a great tool to help businesses adapt to the new normal.

Allowed us to book customers into appointments ready for post Covid-19 closure. They adjusted a screen to make it easier to view in our system. Very impressive free app.

They have the best support team. They have fixed all our technical issues as well as answered all our questions with the upmost politeness and professionalism. We run a country club and we literally have different activities, with different times, and different venues and because of this, we needed a booking app that is able to cater to everything we need and by far, this booking app is the most flexible booking app out there. Good job guys, highly recommend

Great litte App that as a non-essential retailer during Covisd-19 I am using to allow customers to make an appointment to "Click & Collet" both items from my website and as a Jeweller.... collect & drop off their repiars. This allows me to conform to UK Goverment guideance at the time of writing this review.

This App is really a remarkable app, after installing and uninstalling few booking apps, we had finally found the best booking app and that is Tipo Appointment Booking app. After installation the app started to speak for itself, unlike other apps you have to add and edit your theme liquid files just to add the snippets, this app is very user friendly, hoping to become a reasonable paid app soon to support the developer. Once again a highly recommended booking app! Kudos to the developer.
