I downloaded this app when my business had to move to appointment only in response to COVID-19. It was a seamless addition to my website and made appointment booking super easy!

This is definitely the best booking app on Shopify. AND ITS FREE! The developers have helped me out loads and I can’t thank them enough, laura is a star! The only thing this platform needs is SMS text messages and SMS reminders as a lot of my customers have their SMS on file but not their email! UPDATE; The calendar is allowing clients to book in whenever there is already someone booked in for the same time. It is not blanking out time options for places where people have already Booked appointments!

There are just a few Booking/Appointment apps in shopify and this is one of the easiest and profesional to use!

We needed an app for booking free ski boot fitting appointments, and spent a long time looking at all the options. We were initially a little suspicious of this one as it's free, and suspected it would therefore be poorly designed and built, and probably no tech support, so test installed other options before this one. HOWEVER... it is by miles the best option we have found, is fully integrated into Shopify, was very easy to integrate into our website, and the couple of questions/issues we have had with it were very speedily rectified by tech support. We go live with the system next week, so that will be the real test, but so far it's excellent! Thank you Tipo :-)

UPDATE: The calendar is buggy and shows different availability depending on the user and device. Some of my customers report that they see different availabilities depending on if they're on their phone or PC. I am also able to see availabilities in my calendar from my end that are not supposed to be available. Some of my clients are getting very frustrated when I have to tell them that I have to reject their bookings because it overlaps with other bookings. I sent a report to Tipo 4 days and have not received a response. ---- The app supports multiple products, flexible time scheduling, and has a good customer interface. For a free app, it's already better than most paid calendar booking apps. Something I'd like to see improved in the future, however, are: - Ability to include a text description on the booking page - More ease of use for uploading your own images for the calendar background.

So far I love it! It's simple enough to set up and easy enough to use. There are a few upgrades and tweaks I would like to see that could make viewing the appointments more efficient and overall more user friendly. But honestly, I'm impressed a free app works so well. We operate a very small retail store with a lot of customers traveling some distance to visit us. With the new Covid restrictions, we wanted to ensure those customers could guarantee a space to browse once they got here. So we set up this appointment app to take reservations with a $5 booking fee that's credited towards their in-store purchase. The fee is great to discourage people who are not serious buyers and if someone skips the appointment we keep it as a penalty for wasting our time. Overall this is a great tool to help businesses adapt to the new normal.

Excelente sistema de reservaciónes, muy fácil de configurar. le faltan algunos detalles que eme gustaría se mejoraran como el poder cambiar el orden en que se muestran los productos, contar con la opción de servicio a domicilio, etc.

Allowed us to book customers into appointments ready for post Covid-19 closure. They adjusted a screen to make it easier to view in our system. Very impressive free app.
