Tipo Appointment Booking

I was a huge fan of the Tipo Appointment Booking App. The app has started glitching out and not allowing people to book any services, which in turn, is loosing me money. I've contacted support multiple times and no response. I think once the app is completely functional it should get 5 stars. But for now, its causing my business a lot of money

I used this app to set up virtual styling appointments on my website. Although, it sets the appointments I don't like that I have to do it as a product and make people go through a check out process. I also do not like that it does not send out a Zoom link automatically and sync automatically with my Google calendar.

Tipo has let our customers start booking and paying for our Virtual Field Trips without us needing to email back and forth to find the right time. It will save significant amounts of time (~30 minutes) on each purchase going forward, but most importantly will save our attention and focus for the things that only we can do.

A nice helpful app that I would recommend as a booking service. It also offers some extra features, like automated e-mails, which are really helpful. If needed, the customer service delivers fast and professional support.

I recently encountered an issue with the Tipo Bookings plugin and, expecting swift assistance, I reached out to their support team. As a premium user, I anticipated a level of service that justified the extra cost. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. It took a staggering 22 hours to receive a response to my support ticket. This delay was not only frustrating but also impacted my workflow significantly. In a fast-paced environment, such long waiting times are impractical and can lead to serious setbacks. While the plugin itself functions adequately, the support service, which is a crucial aspect of any premium product, was disappointingly slow. For a service that charges extra for premium support, one would expect a more efficient and responsive helpdesk. In summary, while the Tipo Bookings plugin might meet basic needs, those considering the premium version for faster support might want to temper their expectations.

Loads of appointments get an error and don't come through. Customer service doesn't help. Very annoying because i've got a few orders in this app so I can't switch to another app because they will get lost.

Our needs are pretty minimal, we're using Tipo to provide in-person shopping appointments with one location and one user. The Tipo team was *very* responsive to communication and wrapped up some custom details for us very quickly.

love this app, easy to use and the design is on fire :) I used it a few times and it was super easy to use.

Still trying to figure out the app and now its making me leave a review to have access to more features. So far so good but we’ll see

Overall this app is very useful. It's a bit confusing to navigate but it gets the job done. It's a great addition to my online store!

This app is easy to set up and use. It looks great on my store and gets the job done . my clients are able to schedule bookings with no questions

We used Tipo to manage our farm activity booking during Covid-19. The app made it very easy for customers to select a time online and for us to monitor when and in what numbers customers would be coming to the farm. Quite flexible with the basic settings available and if needed code modifications make even more customization possible. Definitely would recommend this as a good option for anyone looking to integrate online bookings!

So far the potential looks good. I am trying to adapt it to manage a market so the stallholders can book the times at the market.

We use this app on our website and it is simple and easy to use! The staff is also extremely helpful and quick to respond if there are any questions that you have.
