Such a user friendly app. It does everything I want and more. Just struggling a bit with the translations but I'm sure it will be fixed.

We've been using Tipo for the last couple of years.......initially for Flu Vaccination appts. As we used and built trust in the app, we now use it for a variety of other appt based services.....which in turn has helped us increase business as we offer an easy "book online" click... Support from Tipo has been exemplary,,,,,,we had a recent issue which, once reported, was rectified quickly - with great communication throughout.....busy Flu season coming up now - booking appts via a trusted source in now one less thing to worry about.....highly recommend this app.

I used the app to set-up an appointment system for the upcoming open house. It works very easily and if needed support is really good. The only thing that could be even better is that you can set the sates for your event and that only those dates are shown. Otherwise great app! Thanks!

This is such a great app, it has saved me a fortune rather than purchasing an alternative booking system. I've had a few minor problems with it in the past but the customer service is always quick to resolve the problem. Thanks for a great app & friendly customer service :)

I have been using Tipo consistently for about a month now and with Laura's help, we have fixed quite a number of bugs to make the app perfect to use. I'm running workshops and it is very important to have proper scheduling system so that i can save more time on scheduling, and spend more time on my work. I have tried a few other booking/scheduling apps before but they don't come anything close to Tipo. I hope to see more interesting features on Tipo in time to come!

very versatile except I only have one event and get a drop down menu to choose the event which isn't really useful.

Good app with flexible settings and ability to customise to your theme. Simple to use back office and efficient customer support. We had a query with the way the app was rendering and Laura sorted it all quickly and efficiently, Thank you.

It's frustrating, before using the app it is asking for review and blocking the screen. At least let people use it first.

The app is really good. I like the option of actually approving or disapproving a booking which gives the owner to plan and reschedule if required. When I faced an issue with integrating it with my theme I reached out to support and had a great response from Laura. She helped me get the issues fixed on the website.

Great/Consistent product and top notch customer service. In the beginning we had some technical difficulties. The app didn't integrate with our theme but after I contacted the service team, Laura replied and being so patient and very helpful, we emailed back and forth to try to find what was going on and finally we got it solved. Thank you very much Laura!! PS. I needed more help with the layout and positioning of the booking form our website, I contacted Laura again, within a second she emailed me back "Please let us try. I’m working with the developer team on the request. I will keep you posted asap." As a business owner I would hope to have an employee like this. Again Thank you very much Laura, and your boss is very lucky to have you. This is the most useful app. I have tried so far and it does everything exactly as described, highly recommended.

Great solution! It really helps us to easily integrate a booking service to our webshop. We have a potterybarn with unregular visiting hours
