I'm very happy with the app. Once installed and after using I ran into some problems with adding additional products to my shopping cart. Most importantly I contacted support at Tipo and they replied in a timely manner. They listened and responded to my problems offer solutions. They did do program updates which help the functionality within my store. booking moved a bit slow in my now it is faster which is very important to the customer. Laura kept followed through and got the issues fixed with the developer. I highly recommend using this app. And I recommend communicating with them if you have a problem. They are willing to solve. biggest drawback is they are 15 time zones ahead which can be challenging to communicate in live time. Thanks again! Brian

Great app! It actually works! I tried another app and had issues receiving confirmation email of time/ date.

Only just started setting it up, but so far it seems brilliant. The main thing is I can't believe it's free! We've been using a paid version for quite a while now, and this seems to do everything and more. So glad to have found this app!

I love Tipo for its ease of use and when I get stuck I just have to email support and they are pretty good at getting back to me to resolve the issue. Thanks Guys. You rock!

Its pretty cool so far! Does what I need it to do, it helps me get appointments for my parties on my site. I like the way it books.

Do not search for another App, this is the only one will help you We have already tested many of them, we found nothing better than Tipo

Damn good. Best app for scheduling. I tried using it. It worked a lot better. If you want to schedule your service, then you should use it.

The tech support helped and guided me to solve a tricky bug which is not caused by their App but theme. I really appreciated a lot. :)

I really like it so far. It would be nice if we could remove the price and quantity from the service if it's a free service. But otherwise, the app is great.

It is one of the easiest calendar app I have come across. The platform is simple to navigate, making changes whenever I need to. :)

I think your IT team meant to put this survey at the end of the installation process instead of the end. Wouldn't want to mislead someone if I haven't installed or tried it yet. so I'm not sure yet
